When the coffee's getting cold but you really want another cup you can use your Chemex coffeemaker to heat coffee on the stove, as long as you first place the metal grid on the burner. That having been said, make sure that coffee doesn't vanish into thin air as you heat it up by putting this tempered glass lid over the top.
