The insulated layers create a barrier that slows down the cooking process just enough to insure moist, chewy results. The two-tone surface promotes perfect browning. A silver grey exterior assures an efficient baking time and a medium grey interior protects against overbrowning. The reliable nonstick surface is made to release baked goods cleanly and completely, so cleanup is fast and easy. The cookie sheet is oven safe to 450 degrees F, but is not broiler safe. Dishwasher detergents contain caustic chemicals that will damage the nonstick surface and void the lifetime warranty.
